When people talk about opening the heart chakra, they often focus on the front—the part that radiates love outward. But did you know the back of your heart chakra is just as important? It’s the gateway to receiving love, abundance and support from the universe.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is all about our Divine Masculine Energy; that strong, powerful, confident, assertive energy. In many of us, this chakra is either blocked or overactive resulting in the manifestation of unhealthy or wounded masculine energy.

When we have no preferences, judgements or expectations to what unfolds in our lives. We stop seeing our life situations as good or bad. Our life situation simply is and we TRUST that everything is working out for our highest good.

During a spiritual awakening many of us are guided to love ourselves more. Why is this so and how does it form the foundation for Inner Union? 

Self-love really should not be this complicated. The sad thing is that most people do not even realise that they are not loving themselves in the way that they need. Societal conditioning, upbringing and burnout have all contributed to us moving through life in a zombie state just trying to keep it all together.
